Consumer Direct Care Network Florida is a Fiscal/Employer Agent (F/EA) for older adults and people with disabilities who direct their own care. We work with managed care organizations (MCOs) to support people through the Participant Direction Option (PDO).

With the PDO, you have choice, control, and flexibility to choose how, when, and from whom you receive care. You can stay in your home and community and pick your own caregivers, even friends or family. You manage your care. You are in charge.
