Set own schedule with client.
Working with Consumer Direct is very interesting. You report your own time and the client you work for goes in and approves it. The company allows you flexibility because it pretty much lets you and the client handle the schedule and what you would be doing on certain days and the time.

Great people to work with. They understand the patients' needs. They try to go above and beyond. Case managers are very much involved.
They work hard to make sure all patients' needs are met. From having someone to cook, bathe, attend to basic needs for the disabled. There is really nothing negative I can say about my experience working with them.
